Holistic Therapy
A clinical and multimensional path to connect with your inner essence
Why Choose Holistic Therapy?
The holistic therapy I offer is designed for anyone seeking understanding, change, or a deeper connection with themselves.
It is an approach that considers the person in all aspects of the self — psychological, emotional, physical, spiritual…
Whether you are experiencing distress or simply going through a period of self-exploration, holistic therapy provides a space conducive to profound personal transformation.
An integrative approach: between clinical practice and multidimensionality
As a clinical psychologist, I draw on the foundations of clinical psychology and psychopathology to provide a safe and containing framework.
We can work on :
- psychological wounds and traumas
- recurring symptoms
- repetitive patterns
- therapeutic impasses
- inner conflicts
- …
Holistic therapy, however, goes further: it opens the door to subtle and existential dimensions that are often overlooked. When a multidimensional perspective is applied, it allows for an intuitive understanding and illumination of different aspects of your being: vibrational, karmic, intergenerational, cosmic, stellar, galactic.
The work is unique, as each session is tailored to the singularity of your soul.
A therapy to (re)discover yourself
Some people come without specific symptoms, seeking to better understand themselves, explore their inner world, and connect with their deeper nature.
Holistic therapy can help:
- foster inner dialogue
- understand your emotions and behavioral patterns
- uncover your true identity beyond the masks you present to the world
Within this framework, I provide a space where you can explore yourself at your own pace, experience the many facets of who you are, and begin an inner dialogue in a nonjudgmental process focused on self-awareness and personal growth.
Moving forward in peace, from within
The purpose of holistic therapy is not to “cure” or to transform yourself, but to support you on your inner journey — to explore the subtle complexity of your soul and work through internal conflicts, enabling you to live a more coherent, peaceful, and fulfilling life.
Frequently Asked Questions :
What does holistic therapy actually mean?
– What makes holistic therapy different from traditional therapy with a psychologist?
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, trained in clinical psychology, psychopathology, neuroscience, and psychodynamic approaches. This means I offer a structured, grounded framework informed by current knowledge of psychological functioning.
Holistic therapy goes further by integrating additional dimensions of the self —physical, emotional, transgenerational… — that are often overlooked in strictly analytic or behavioral models.
It doesn’t stand in opposition to traditional therapy; it broadens its scope.
– How does this differ from an energy-based or spiritual approach offered by a non-psychologist practitioner?
My work stands at the intersection of both worlds. While some practitioners may offer energy or spiritual work without clinical training, I anchor my approach in a rigorous clinical framework.
This enables me to discern what relates to trauma, symbolic processes, or structural dynamics, while never losing sight of the person’s psychological reality.
This dual stance — both clinical and multidimensional — is what makes my approach unique.
– Why not rely solely on talk or psychological insight ?
Because sometimes the root of distress isn’t located in the conscious mind, or even in the narrative we believe explains our history. It can be held elsewhere:
- in cellular or pre-birth memories
- in unconscious intergenerational transmissions
- or in more subtle plans, that fall outside the reach of language
Holistic therapy opens access to these deeper strata — places where talk alone is not enough.
– Do you follow the ethical code for psychologists ?
Absolutely. My professional framework is grounded in a strict commitment to confidentiality, impartiality, non-suggestiveness, client autonomy, and ongoing ethical reflection. You can consult the psychologists’ code of ethics for more details : here.
– And what if I’m not sure this method is right for me?
We take the time to talk it through before scheduling anything. It’s completely normal to have questions or uncertainty. Every person is unique, and I’m here to help you clarify what feels most appropriate for you.
And if I sense that this framework or my way of working isn’t the best fit, I will refer you to another therapist who may be better suited to your needs.
