Holistic supervision

By a multidimensional clinical psychologist.

Bridging the Gap Between Two Worlds

A gap persists between recognized therapeutic practices (psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses, osteopaths…) and alternative approaches (psychopractitioners, energy therapists, sophrologists…).

I am a multidimensional clinical psychologist :
state-certified and trained in supervision and practice analysis within the recognized framework, while also offering holistic therapy in an alternative context.

Currently, alternative practitioners often lack a common framework to reflect on their therapeutic stance, their own responses, and what is activated in the therapeutic relationship.

My support is open to all, regardless of training :
whether your education was formal or informal, analytical or intuitive,
you deserve a structured professional space to support your practice.

Supervision for all therapists

This approach aims to :

  • Break the illusion of self-sufficiency : we perceive the world only through our own lens. Even the most skilled therapists need an external perspective to identify blind spots.
  • Remember that we are human beings supporting other human beings: each session can trigger resonances, projections, and emotions that deserve to be acknowledged and consciously processed.
  • Expand awareness: by opening to different perspectives on practices, experiences, and symbolic dynamics, helping to move beyond the tunnel vision of one’s own method.

This space welcomes therapists of all backgrounds. The supervision is designed for anyone seeking to structure their practice while honoring their individuality, and to refine their therapeutic stance in order to better support both their patients and themselves.

A structured yet deeply open practice

Trained in clinical rigor, I use my left brain to ensure quality, professional stance, ethics, and adherence to the code of conduct. With my right brain, I support the subtle, intuitive, and multidimensional aspects of experience.

The richness of this approach lies in :

  • working with transference and countertransference
  • projections, wounds, echoes, and shadow aspects
  • intuitive, and symbolic perceptions
  • boundaries of the therapeutic framework and relationship

This is a space where everything can be expressed, reflected upon, and worked through — without judgment, yet within a solid and structuring therapeutic framework.

individual and group Supervision

Depending on your needs, supervision can be conducted individually or within a practice analysis group.
Trained in group facilitation, I work with both pre-existing and newly formed groups to support shared reflection on therapeutic practice.

Group supervision encourages mutual listening, broadens perspectives, and fosters collective reflection
in situations where professional isolation might otherwise hinder development.

Each request is reviewed individually to provide a framework tailored to the group’s specific needs and dynamics.

In summary

It is a meaningful step against isolation, and an act of care for your professional stance, reflective thinking, and ongoing growth.
